  • Cruciferous Vegetables (kale, spinach, arugula, bok choy)

Testosterone Tuna Salad 

Prep time: 10 mins 

What you’ll need: 

  • ½ cup kale 
  • ½ cup spinach 
  • ½ cup arugula 
  • A handful of pomegranates 
  • ½ cup kidney beans 
  • 1 can tuna 
  • 1 boiled egg 
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • ½ lemon  

Start by boiling an egg for 5 mins, so it becomes hard boiled. Then wash the kale, spinach and arugula and place them in a salad bowl. Next, sprinkle the kidney beans and pomegranates over the salad and mix them all together. Now, add in the tuna and mix thoroughly so it's evenly spread. Then, remove the shell of the egg and slice it in half. Place the halves on top of the salad and finish with a squeeze of lemon.  

This recipe is so simple and full of flavorful protein. Makes a great post-workout meal!  

Pomegranate smoothie  

Prep time: 3 mins 

What you’ll need: 

  • A blender 
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds 
  • 1 cup low fat milk 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder 

 Firstly, pour the milk into the blender. Then, toss in the pomegranate seeds. Finally, sprinkle in the cinnamon and press blend.   

Boom, it’s that easy!
